Client Eligibility for Rebates

If you have Private Health Insurance with extras cover, you may be able to receive rebates on counselling and psychotherapy sessions. To make sure, please check directly with your health fund before booking your appointment.

At iMatter Counselling, we strive to make accessing support as easy as possible. I have proudly connected with a range of health funds, so you may be eligible for rebates depending on your coverage.

I currently work with the following providers:

  • Grand United – Rebates may apply for counselling sessions depending on your plan.

  • Bupa – I am recognised providers; check your extras cover for eligible mental health services.

  • AHM – Clients can claim rebates for counselling services under their extras cover.

  • Medibank – Rebates available for eligible sessions under your health insurance plan.

  • HCF – Rebates may apply for counselling services depending on your plan.

Note: Rebates depend on your individual health fund and level of cover. I recommend confirming your entitlements before booking.
