At iMatter Counselling, I provide NDIS-supported Telehealth counselling for adults and young people with psychosocial disability.

Whether you’re seeking support for mental health, emotional regulation, identity, or everyday overwhelm — I offer a space that is respectful, collaborative, and affirming.

I Work With:

  • Plan-managed participants
    (I am not currently registered for agency-managed NDIS)

Grief & Loss Support

Grief isn’t always about losing a loved one or beloved pet, it can also come from:

  • Losing a job, role, or routine

  • Relationship changes or disconnection from community

  • Estrangement from family or culture

  • Feeling misunderstood or unsupported

  • Letting go of the life you thought you'd have

  • Realising you're neurodivergent later in life and grieving lost time or missed understanding

  • Loss of energy, time, or stability due to mental health challenges

  • Losing a deeply valued item, like a comfort object, action figure, or collector's item — things that carry meaning, safety, or identity

I support you through the layers of grief that may be invisible to others but are deeply felt by you. We work gently, with compassion, and always at your pace.

NDIS Pricing

Sessions are billed under:

  • Improved Daily Living – Capacity Building (15_043_0128_1_3)
    Rates follow the current NDIS Price Guide.

How to Book

Step 1: Select a Session

Use the booking calendar below to:

  • Click ‘1st Session: NDIS Counselling’ if it is your first session

  • Choose a day and time

Step 2: Fill in Your NDIS Details

After booking, you’ll get a welcome email to fill in details:

  • Your NDIS number

  • Whether you're Self-Managed or Plan-Managed

  • (Optional) Your Plan Manager’s email address

This helps me prepare the correct invoice and avoid delays.

What Happens Next?

If You’re Self-Managed:

  • You'll get the invoice directly after the session

  • You pay me, then claim through your NDIS portal

If You’re Plan-Managed:

  • I’ll send the invoice to your plan manager for payment

  • You don’t need to pay anything upfront
